Shipping information
We are shipping as normal but some international postal deliveries are still experiencing some delays due to Covid-19 effects.
We care about our planet, so there are no printed invoices in parcels. You can always open your confirmation email to check ordered items.
Orders made before 1pm Monday-Friday will generally be dispatched on the same day or the next day. Orders made after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order.
Domestic orders
Italy orders will cost starting from €4,50 (Posta 4 – Untracked) or €6,50 (Posta 1 – Tracked) – you can choose at checkout. Posta 4 is estimated to be 4-5 days and Posta 1 is estimated to be 2-3 days.
Europe orders
Europe orders will cost starting from €7,00 (fully tracked) or €5,50 (without tracking service). We strongly recommend choosing tracked option as it will save you a lot of nerves.
US and other countries
For overseas shipping we offer only tracked delivery. It will cost starting from €8,00 and depends on weight.
